Losing a loved one is the most difficult life transition.

What to Expect

The grieving process has been taught to us as 5 stages and we will be fine, but each of us grieves in a unique way. I will guide you through at your state of mind, in your stage of life and how you need to grieve. One thing though, whether it is now, or whether it is later grief will happen. We sometimes put grief aside to handle the logistics of a loss, but when that is done, grieving begins. Sometimes a stage of grief, like anger, bargaining, denial, etc. gets stuck in our system. This can turn into PTSD, and we need help to release it. Let me help you let go of what is stuck with a plan that is uniquely for you.

❋ IFS informed EMDR

I blend both methods together to help you get unstuck from the traumatic side of grief and loss.

❋ Collaborative

First thing is we get to know each other and build trust.

❋ Then we recover your belief system

I will listen to you and your system on how you want to understand this loss, which may change over time. This is your process and it will not be clouded by my beliefs.

❋ A Supportive Space

Our sessions will be meaningful and will go at a pace that will work best for you.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you grieve your loss.
